Boxford 260VMC with toolchanger Lenze spindle speed issue/query

Hi all,

Can anyone advise in simple steps how I go about calibrating and setting up the spindle speed controller? I have converted to Mach4. It was running great until one day when I started it up and the spindle wouldn't run. I worked out the original Lenze controller had failed and found a replacement which works but I cannot seem to run the spindle in slower speeds anymore. On starting the spindle it's going to full speed.

I have it setup on a spindle controller board (PMDX 106 and PMDX 126 boards).

Any pointers appreciated.
