Collet Identification

Hi,

Hope I have posted in the correct section. Can anyone identify this collet from an Easy Change toolholder please? Large diameter is 13.4mm.

I have googled the number etched on the holder and nearest match is Coventry but their website lists ER collets.

Double angle (DA) collet - http://www.accufixcollets.com/da-collets.html

It's Coventry that makes the Easy Change system, but I don't think they make DA holders anymore.
