I work in a small family engineering business and use a alpha 400 and have just been asked to get a prototrak Lx2 up and running.
If anyone knows about the Tip radius and how to get it to work it would be great to hear from you.

Why don't you speak with XYZ machine tools? I understand their support is very good.

It's a very old machine and yes that would be my next step after the bank holiday.
