New to Artcam and mach3

Hi all

I have a 3040 Chinese cnc machine bought off ebay and came with artcam, and mach3. Very early versions Which is fine but now I'm starting to learn it I've moved to the new 2018 version. I'm not sure how to get atc for more than 1 router bits can someone help me I know it won't do it automatically

1. Can you do a tool change in Artcam for this has it's Gcode?
. or is there a solution for it

2. Can the Gcode be changed? If not

Is it because they are knock off why I cannot use the cnc for tool changes
