Sharnoa HPM32 with Tiger 6 issues

We have just installed a Sharnoa HPM32 which is running Tiger 6 control software.

The machine was seen running prior to it being delivered to us, we have followed the startup procedure and have it wired up correctly. We get so far and then the computer gives us an error which states "Mag. left switch inactive!" does anyone have any idea what this might be to do with?

I cannot find anything about this on the internet and the manuals do not cover errors like this either.

We have spent hours tracing cables to see what it could be to no avail :(

Any help would be hugely appreciated we are based in Huthwaite Nottinghamshire.
