Dolphin Training Manual update - Rotary Axis (A or B)

Dolphin have released an update to their training manual, this contains a section on the use of Rotary Axis features (Index & Interpolation) which are available in the Mill Standard module.

The new manual is available on free download from the main dolphin website, www.dolphincadcam.com.
