New to CNC Routing - Wants Workshop Experience

Hi,

My name's Sam and I'm interested in CNC routing. I've been to see a router demonstration at Ooznest in Essex and have been watching loads of online CNC router vids on YouTube. I have more than 20 years CAD experience but zero experience in actual machining.

Before I buy a CNC router I was wondering if there's anyone in SW London who has their own router and would be prepared to let me come to their workshop and show me how they go about using it from importing G Code to setting up the project and answering any questions I have including the best way of preparing a spoil board and advising on the best types of wood to work with.
