Could anyone tell me what type of fitting these are ? I need the female version for my steppers.

Looks like a JST.
Pretty common connector, and you'll find premade pigtails available from various sources, if you don't want to crimp your own.

Just to expand on that JST are a range of solderless connectors and have different types within the range. Have a read here:

Thanks I ordered a DuPont kit of amazon, so I'll have a bash later. Should have got one ages ago because I have bought loads of pre mades over the years.
