New and need help!

I am hoping someone can help me, it would be much appreciated!

I have been milling 3D models created in Rhino and imported into Vcarve pro in STL format. When I import it converts to a pixelated model even in high res (50X slower setting).

The problem I am having is when I mill the file the cutter moves very slowly in a jerky movement around the pockets of the roughing toolpath and some finishing toolpaths, only on curves, it cuts fast in a straight line. It seems the CNC is reading the jagged edge of the pixelated 3D model?

Is there a setting or set up that would solve this?
