Torch dives ( goes down ) after cut

Hi,I got my chineese plasma a week ago and i am still struggling with the machine.Here is my problem:

After first cut is finished, the torch dives, the arc voltage
increases and the height control lowers the torch in an attempt
to correct the high voltage.After this ussualy shows error
"Collision" or "High arc voltage"
and this is happenning always, on every cut.
I tried to cut with no Leadout and it happens again, i reduced "Time between close thc and close arc" in cotroller settings but still nothing changes.
Controller is cc-s4c, thc is XPTHC-400-PT , plasma cutter is LGK-120A.
Any suggestions where the problem might be ?

Not familiar with the control at all but just wondering if the THC itself has an anti-dive function that needs adjusting?
