Will this chassis work with this board?

Hi, I'm looking to create a better cnc laser cutter better than the 5.5w I have strapped to a cnc 3018 pro.

I would like to go to 32 bit for true greyscale rendition and so I have found these two items I believe will work together but not being in any way proficient in this field would like some second opinions please.

I like the look of the board as I would probably swap out the drivers for tmc 2209 or similar.
