moving gantry base cnc with?????

ok i nearing the end of my build and got thinking. i have 3 Nema 17 Stepper Motor 1.7A 0.59 Nm 84oz.in also a spare Nema 23 Stepper Motor 2 phase 2.8A 1.8Deg 1.3Nm/184.12oz-in.would running two nema 17 for the moving base and using the nema 23 on the gantry work. or maybe the other way round. surely it will help stability. its only a 350mm by 430 mm machine. ball screw and c-beam x-axis, y uses 250mm MGN12 Miniature Linear Rail Guide Rail 12mm Width + 2pcs MGN12B Slide Blocks. y-axis has 12mm guide rods. this is a upgrade of my 3018 that turned where it gone nothing left of it. my main build is getting slowly aquired bit by bit, that is Attachment 29834Attachment 29835going to be 1000mm by 600mm, all aluminium mix of profile and shaped square rods. 3 Axis CNC Router Kit 3.0 Nm(425oz.in) Nema 23 Stepper Motor & Driver DM556Y & Power Supply. bear in mind i was just mocking it up before i finish just to be sure in my head so lots of fitting and brackets missing.Attachment 29836 that acrylic 22mm thick is for guide rod blocks
