AutoShop doesn't detect Inovance H3U

Good day.
I have 2 Inovance H3U PLCs. When I connected one of them with an Ethernet cable to my computer, the AutoShop program, which is used, among other things, to upload programs to a PLC, detected this controller. It has an IP address of 192.168.1.83. However, when I connected the other one, AutoShop couldn't detect it. The IP address that displayed on the HMI disconnected to it was 192.168.1.1.
What is to change in the settings of this second controller or AutoShop?
Should the IP address of the controller be changed?
