URGENT - Anyone w/ PIRANHA 1325 CNC by Radecal/Mantech? Help with Parameter

Hi everyone,

I recently reset my CNC machine to factory settings and I'm having trouble getting the pulse equivalents among a few other settings right. The main issue is that my actual cuts don't match the design dimensions—they're either too small or too big, and I can't find the right balance.

If anyone here has experience with a Piranha 1325 machine by Radecal (8x4ft, 2016 model, Weihong Controller), I'd really appreciate your help. The company, has liquidated, and while Mantec is supposed to take over, they're taking too long to respond and their service is quite expensive.

If you have the correct pulse equivalent parameters among a few other things for this machine or any advice, please get in touch. I can't afford to wait any longer.
