Protective Coating and Lubrcation

Hi Guys,

I've cleaned my X3 down with parrafin and now need to protect it and grease moving parts for the rebuild.
Please could you suggest some suitable products?

Mobil Vactra for the slideways, lithium grease or coppaslip for the screws... (not ballscrews)

Thanks, I have actually upgraded to ball screws though, sorry should of said :o) could you please advise a suitable product?
