NEW MEMBER: Hi from not so sunny (raining now) Cleethorpes

Hi,
I'm Geoff and have been maching with manual lathes and mills for many years - not so much in the past few years, but am getting going again, now.

Although I did/used machining for a living 20 odd years ago, my interests are restricted for myself and friends in model engineering nowadays, and have just recently started to use a CNC mill - a steepo learning curve, but gradually getting there - with more than a little help from colleagues and friends here and there!

Hopefully, this forum will accelerate that curve a little faster.
