Hi from Surrey

Hi everyone,

Quick hello from Surrey. My name is Carl and am looking into getting into CNC stuff for
Hobby use. I'm ex RAF and have a keen interest in aircraft, engineering and making stuff!! In the past I have scratch built steam engines and had a dabble in the jet turbine world :smile:

I'm looking forward to being an active member as I have plenty of questions to keep you all going as the new venture leads me to CNC.

Hi Carl and welcome to the site. I guess model aircraft, and there is an active contingent in that area on here. I've always fancied making a jet turbine, its on the list of projects I may never have time for...
