hi from South east Scotland

Hi,
my name is David and i'm a 34 year old engineer from south east scotland.
As part of my work i operate an Esab profile cutting machine. It is from using this machine that i became interested in making a smaller version for my personal use. I have since completed my first router/engraver and i'm now gaining further experience from using it to make lithophanes and decorative object fro friends and family members.
I joined the forum to try and give something back in terms of experience and i hope to be able to further my education through the help of other members on here.
