A big hello from Germany!

just wanted to say hello, and ask if this forum is just for the professionals or can a greenhorn take part here also? i design computer networks for small businesses and have some electronic experience (runs in the family). i'm 49 years old and wanted to have one for my rc hobby, but buying is very expensive.

i'm in the process of building my first cnc from mdf with a kress router. i have all of the motors and electronics. i decided to go this route before i sink too much money in linear rails and metal frames.

is the request for help here too much for a beginner, or is there a forum for someone new that has a lot of annoying questions...:rolleyes:
