toying with the idea of getting my own cnc machine
i'm based in south wales need to make flat pack cabinets, currently out source the cutting
considering a second hand cnc router for machining 4 x 8 laminated mdf/mfc boards.
needs a vacuum bed and option to fit a dust extraction unit.
i know very little about cnc machines so would need some help setting it up if local
i do need a multi borer if anyone has one for sale
Hi, Just noticed that you are interesed in a cnc nesting machine. We have a Anderson statos Pro 2100 x 3900 bed cnc machine with twin vacuum pump table also has automatic push off table vacuum only 4 years old. Hello - are you still looking for an 8`x 4` CNC routing machine, also having a boring head? I am retiring and looking to sell mine, it has an eight tool carrier for the routing head plus a combination boring head able to bore horizontally into the thickness on all four sides of the job plus five vertical boring spindles. It has a powerful Rietschle vacuum pump and an Atlas compressor with cooler - to prevent water entering the machine heads. It has never let us down and is in very good condition having only had 809 hours of use since we purchased it new in 2004. My programming software allows 2D, 2.5D & 3D machining. Tel: 01733 268190.
