Custom CNC work - Just wondering how much...

Hi all,
My apologies if this isn't the right place for this question, I've literally just joined to ask.

I'm looking for someone who can CNC stainless steel and make very small versions of this...

What I'd like to do is have 2 made and turned into cufflinks, so the middle bit would not be machined all the way through (so the link has somewhere to attach) about 1cm in diameter.

How possible would this be?

I'd also like 2 large wooden ones made about 3ft in diameter.
