Hi, I'm in the middle of building a reprap 3D printer and have just brought a simple DIY CNC router from eBay.
I plan to make some stuff, whilst trying to make sure my 12 year old son gets some practical skills, not just the I.T crap they teach in school! :whistling:
I'm sure I'm on a steep learning curve:confused:
Not sure if I should out this in the DIY section, but this is what I have just brought off eBay, the seller got it from Germany but had no luck with it as he thought you could just print like a printer :eek:

I'm guessing I need Mach3 and then work on getting a PC to 'talk' to it.....
