need a new one similar or maybe a new water cooled one - must have inverter with it

What size machine are you running it on? Pretty much whatever it is you'll be far better off with one like this:

In order of importance (my opinion!); higher rigidity, lower runout, higher torque at low rpm, cheaper collets, quieter...
It will last significantly longer than 6 months.
