Hi Jeff, thansk for the thoughts... I am in Uk, been back a week... we have a call centre and support centre in Mumbai but its in the north sector nearer the airport where all the IT companies are... about 10-15km north of there... but I was in Bangalore and Delhi which are several 100 miles away...Quote:
