Orac lathe

Has anyone on here re-fitted out an Orac lathe to use with Mach3.

Just picked up a Orac and would like to get some ideas of what is needed to strip out and replace,
to get a working lathe.
If you are up to passing on any helpful advice it would be much appreciated.

Not yet but got one stood on the floor waiting for some time.

I to am just starting to do a retro fit to a denford orac, any infomation on changing the vfd to run from a pc and what drivers are recommended would be appreciated.
