My name is Paul McGuinness and I am an Engineering recruitment specialist with CBSbutler Technical Recruiters.

I am an account manager for a large defence contractor based in the South of England responsible for recruiting a large number of Engineering staff predominantly within the Production and Manufacturing skill stream.
