3-Axis Mill recommendations

I'm looking to get a 3-axis cnc mill and I was hoping someone here may be able to point me in the right direction.

We mainly want it for milling foam, but the ability to work with harder materials (wood,abs,aluminium) would be very useful. We need a processing area of around 3m (~ft) by 1m (~3.5ft) by 0.5m (~1.5ft).

Doesn't need to be particularly fast and the budget is ~10k (less would be lovely).

Any suggestions on if this is plausible and if so where to look for such a machine?
