axis not moving when running code

Hi all,

i'm new in cnc world.
I have a new homebuilt 3 axis cnc with mach3 but have some problems.

I've setup everything and moved all axis with keyboard and all seems fine.

The problem is that when running any gcode ( can be just a square ) the X axis does not move to the left ( only moves to the right ).
Mach3 keeps counting but the axis does not move from right to left. All other axis move fine.
X axis also moves fine in both directions when homming, when moving to a saved fixture positionand when jogging.

I cannot understand why does not move when running a gcode.

Can anyone help me out ?
