UPS and delivery charges question ?

I sent for some transformers ( for a valve amp)from the US, I wanted them ASAP so I paid $40 for priority international shipping ( said 4 days from US to doorstep), I checked the shipping tracker today and this is what I saw

Priority Mail International Parcels	Payment of charges - Item being held, addressee being notified	November 24, 2012, 12:51 pm	GREAT BRITAIN	International Parcels
			Arrival at Post Office	November 24, 2012, 12:00 am	GREAT BRITAIN

It’s now the 5^th of December and no one’s been to deliver them and I have things from them before and UPS asks for the charges C.O.D. Do you think I have a good case to get a refund for the delivery charge ?

Don't count on it. They'll turn around and blame customs for holding things up. Best you can do is give them a ring to get things moving along again.

I thought so Shin, its a pain in the ass they didnt tell me and I had to find out buy getting the tracking number for the suppiler.. its wrong!
