Lurking for a year, time to get a CNC router

Hi Everyone,

I've been silently reading posts here for a year. I've been impressed with the amount of knowledge contained in these discussions. You guys are great!

My background is in Electrical and embedded systems engineering. I decided a while ago to make a change in career and have designed a steel outdoor wood fired Garden Oven which is now on the market.

So, I am ready to get a CNC router! My first task for it will be to engrave custom name badges for the ovens out of stainless steel or brass. I want to engrave deep writting which would be infilled with ink if possible. I wonder how much such a machine would cost... But that is probably a topic for another post.
