May you please have a look at my program ?
Hello
Thank you for entering inmy post
I will be veryappreciative if you may have a look at this program I made
I did invent myself thisprogram with this drawing: (see attachments)
I didn't want to use thelatest cycles that iTNC530 offer as I am quite sure I will not havethis version but some older-ones in the company where I will have myjob trial
so that's why I did inventthat way to make the 15 holes in the center and I used polarcoordinates to make those 12 m6 holes on that circumference
I ask you to payparticular attention on the parameters I used to make thatrectangular pocket about:
allowance for side
allowance for floor
tool path overlap
plunging depth
At the end I did put acountersink to clean all the bevels that the mill leaves
Any other suggestionaccording it will be very appreciative
Thank you in advance foryour help
Re: May you please have a look at my program ?
On the die drawing the program is not quite correct. After the Cycle Definitions you must use Cycle call not Call label. Also the M6 command (Tool Change) should go after the Tool Define.

Ok I know about cycle call
About the M6 command (Tool Change) after the Tool Define, not all the heidenhain software require it
Thank you very much Peter Griffin
