Acetal parts needed

i thought id throw this up here, as i reckon this be best done on a lathe to start with and i dont have a lathe
im looking at getting 2 or 3 done in black acetal they will require further machining by me,
i can get the acetal sent on to you/ overall the part is 100mm x 57mm
a couple of screen shots and an stl to spin around below and i will get a detailed drawing up later if anyones interested thanks
