Can you recommend a UK Supplier for cnc router bits

Hi
I am new to CNC routing learning fast thanks to this forum providing a great source of information. I have a 1200 x 1200 CNC Router which I am planning on using to cut and crave on wood and MDF mostly. I am now looking for a supplier off cnc router bits can any one recommend a supplier.

Also whats the best bits for use on wood and MDF single flute or double flute up ward or down ward cut any help you guys can give would really help.
