35 taper adaptor?
I've bought a second-hand Starmill CNC machine for play-use, and it came with a ISO 35 taper spindle, as well as a single BT35 DA200 collet holder (but no collets). I've never experienced this style of tooling before so it's taken me a couple of days of googling and eBaying to realise that this is going to be problematic at best. I do have a 35-MT2 adaptor on order to simplify things a bit, but looking forward there's a dearth of BT35 tooling available in the UK.
How practical, sensible, or otherwise would a sleeve that adapts a BT30 (readily available) tool to fit the BT35 spindle? Does such a thing exist commercially?, and if so what's it called? (I've tried searching for sleeves and that through up nothing).
Mike.
(or does anyone have any BT35s in the back of the cupboard doing nothing?)

BT35 holders -
out of stock :-(
Bugger!
If you can get a 10mm Collet you can use multiple 10mm straight shank ER11 collet chucks for 0 - 7 mm tools

Lol, I came across that several times. They do have the slidelock holder, but that's just another unknown to me. i2i has kindly sorted me out an ER32 holder (now I just need to find some ER32 collets) - so that's better than the hybrid that I was expecting to run with.
Thanks to all.
