Almost thought of starting a Kickstarter myself, hey with enough cash can actually get someone who knows what they`re doing ;-)

You meaning Renshape tooling board, its a very finegrain PU foam that costs about same as foamed gold when was trying to find some?

I had some samples(still have) of this stuff given a while ago and it's beautiful stuff to work with and Solid Bondo is a good description of it because the dust that comes off it is just like filler dust so you need good vaccuum system.

I didn't buy but the material but like Musht says it's stupidly expensive and well out of DIY level.!
