Double side machine a small part

Hi,

I am new to CNC machining but I have some IGES / STL files that I would like machining double sided, out of swiss pear but they are relatively small.

For example one is
Height
122.7mm x width 8.16mm x Depth 20.37mm

Would this be possible?
