Just an update,

System is running even though there is a .7372mm difference on hight of on side of the gantry to the other ( I am able to account for that by spacers). Starting to do milling of the wood for the instruments and one is on the gantry as I type (need to clean the chips off in a minute). Nice to cut at 220mm/minute with a 3mm EM and I am using a 1.6 mm offset as that seems to be what i get when cutting the wood (which allows me to cut things just to the level of precise that I need).

Looking forward to contract fully closed(have agreement on amount of pieces and price per unit, not just get things to the quality level they need).
SO wish me luck and still looking for tubing to make a vacuum connection so that it will vacuum from the tip and I would not have to babysit it for clean up at points.
