I'm finding it hard to actually see people buildings these and was wondering if its easy enough to make your self? i can't see the actual design of it being that hard because you don't have to worry about tolerances or resonance because no human hand is that steady or am i thinking wrong.

You can find a number of DIY robot arms on the internet that work fine. As long as you get over the rigidity issues so that they do not clang at the end of their travel they are simple.
sorry i meant hvlp not help lol, ill have a look on robot arms then as I'm sure it would be a lot easier to build then what a inc router would be.
