yes now that I have been doing a bit of readying screened seems to be the preferred cable to reduce interference or something. Im trying to also find a cable with the same colours as my existing cable (red, blue, green and yellow)

I doubt you will find one the cy cable has 3 black cores and a green/yellow one but the black one's are numbered about every 50mmQuote:

Don't worry about the colours of the wire, as long as you connect the wires correctly colour is irrelevant to the home builder.
If this was a commerical product you were reselling you might have issues with colour.
