I don't know about the model Jiachen 1216DS. Is it working with the DSP hand controller? If so, I can send you the guide manuals.
Did you already get the machine? do you have any photos about it?

This is old model DSP controller. Sorry, I don't have the manual. I just have the manual for DSP A11 model now.

I think I have the old style DSP settings and manual for a very similar machine I can look them out later for you.

Phil cheers buddy, I'm so use to using vcarve and mach3 on my other machine far easier.
That said I'm sure should get to grips once start to know basics.
I tried to upload my work onto controller last night but computer doesn't recognise the DSP is there a way round this or have I got to get driver some how ?
