UCxxx scan is coming up with "AXBB CAOED1 IP - 10.10 10 11"
License download is "UCCNClicense_CAOED1.txt"
So I presume that is correct ? Could the O be numerical on one and text on the other ?
I ran the scan just now to get that info so that seems to be solid.
Then opened the UCCNC software. No change, "valid license key not found ! Application will run in demo mode !"
Since everything seems to be where it's supposed to be and correct I'll start deleting and reinstalling to see if that changes things.
Thanks Evans
Deleted then copied and pasted the license download into UCCNC on my computer then opened UCCNC and it has recognized the license and is showing as registered to me. Next is to see if I can get my laptop to behave but that is not a UCCNC issue. So at the moment all looking GOOD !
OK so how it worked out for me.
Made sure the AXBB-E powered up, connected with a crossover ethernet cable to my computer's LAN port. Changed the IP address on my computer to 10.10.10.10 sub 255.255.255.0
Once UCxxx scan identified the AXBB-E IP address and serial number. Didn't at first, perhaps where you open it from makes a difference.
Downloaded UCCNC software and copied and pasted the license to UCCNC on my local disk. I had to delete and recopy it to get it to be recognised
but then it worked on this computer and my laptop.
