How to contact the supplier/seller 'Chai' ?

Don't worry they will be fine Chai stuff is good. Some of Fred's stuff is better like BK/BF bearings but they are also more expensive than Chai's.
Fred's packaging is much better thou I must say.!

Cheers. I suppose I will find out soon although I have nothing to compare them too!
