Thanks Andy, but I think it's way to expensive.
Not for a converted triac with 8 Station atc.
I want a datron but they are to expensive.
Hi Andy, I guess it's yours, did not mean to offend you, but I would prefer a triac not converted and do it myself, it's easy and can be done cheap if you want.
Not mine.
Ok Andy, it looks like a nice machine you have, but I am looking for a cheaper alternative:-)
Once again not my machine, I have a triac and micro router
Sorry Andy, was a little to fast:-)

That one on eBay is far too expensive. Only positive thing is it's a BT30 machine with 8 tool ATC.
Even at that I wouldn't pay anymore than 3500 for it, and that would be if it was located somewhere sensible. Given it's on the Isle of Wight, and at the bottom of somebody's garden going by the info provided, I'd be paying wanting to pay even less for the hassle involved in getting it out.
i have a fanuc triac here- with atc . 3 phase.
not converted yet. only part tested as i dont have 3 phase- was purchased to convert to single phase &uccnc.
due to health issues- may sell. whats your budget?
this looks a cracking machine

Mikini were reasonable machines for their price.
I can't remember the exact details, but IIRC the basic machines were designed/built in China for Makini who were a US company and specced the final details. Makini did stop trading, and I think the main reason was they priced machines a bit too cheap, and the cost of support killed them.
I'm aware Defeng (main person behind SkyfireCNC) was involved with them, and ultimately Skyfire came into creation after Makini failed.
If it wasn't for the lack of BT spindle, I would not hesitate to buy one, as they are quite a capable machine, and were built with pretty generic parts.
were the Mikini to have an ATC i could have been very interested.
bigger than triac
more movement than triac
better spindle than tric
flaps at either end of enclosure
looks a cracking machine
@battwell and @Benja pm send.

I may be selling mine in a few months once I have got a bigger machine.
Does anybody know how much it is worth?
It is the model with 8 tool bt30, with the coolant tank underneath with fanuc om control.
At a rough guess, somewhere between £3-5k depending on condition.
BT30 is more desirable, but with a Fanuc control I'm guessing it's 3 phase, in which case it's a bit less desirable for home shops.
However if there happens to be somebody keen to get the controller to repair a more industrial machine, they may pay a premium just for the control.
