Need a pulley

Aluminium Pulley for a 1.8kw servo.
Ribbed J type belt, 8 section.
19mm bore with keyway.
112mm outer diameter.
Clamp type collar not grub screw.



The only one I could find off the shelf is a Dunlop taper lock type but is cast iron, so it's fairly heavy.

I'm guessing given you're looking for an 8J pulley, this is for a spindle?

In that case, I personally wouldn't worry about the extra weight of cast iron. It won't make that much difference to a spindle in the grand scheme of things.

Thanks for clarity.
I was unsure about it stopping it quickly under an e-stop condition.
It's actually a J4 belt, was asking for J8 pulley in case I update the Spindle itself at later date.
112mm od gives me upto 5600rpm at the tool.

What about Fenner taperlock pulleys?
