Check the polarity, also remove the enable wire just incase it is disabling the driver.

The reason you will find it hard to find low inductance motors is because of current.
if you want a motor with lower than normal current you are going to end up with higher inductance.

As said, higher inertia means they will not accelerate as fast, but you are converting a mill, so it is not as if you are going to be spinning then up to 1000 RPM anyway.

We sell the PM752 with the SY60 and they work well together.
Also 72V is a bit too high for the PM752 driver, it will work, but is a bit close to the max voltage.
