Look carefully at the row of terminals on the BOB marked XN/XD/XS/XE. XN is ground is left unconnected. XD is "Direction" and goes to the driver Direction terminal. XS is "Step", also known as "Pulse", and goes to the Pulse terminal. XE is "Enable" - I think you can work out where that goes... You then connect the driver +5V terminal to the BOB +5V supply.
You then have the same thing for Y and Z, plus a fourth axis if needed labelled AN/AD...Last edited by Neale; 17-08-2016 at 10:40 PM. Reason: corrections made

My mistake - looks like you take the +5V terminal on the driver to the BOB +5V supply. You can leave the enable terminal disconnected as the default with no signal is "enabled".

No, I don't believe that you will burn out the driver making these connections. Even with the error in my first post, you would not do any harm, although it would not work. These drivers are more likely to be damaged by what you connect to the other terminals, and the recommendation is to keep well below the maximum voltages that are given in the data sheet. The data sheet gives a maximum of 48V but you are probably safer to use 36V or less. I have run one of these drivers off a 24V supply without problems although I was not driving a large motor.

yap...i have a 24v 15amp power supply to connect...in my cnc i have in use 3 driver 2m542 but now i increase de size of the x axis and i have to put another stepper in parallel on my axis...so i dont want to buy another driver igual and have these tb 6600 driver laing around...i will use this to drive my z axis and another 3 driver i use one for drive de x axis and 2 in parallel to drive de y axis...
