I am looking at doing a Bridgeport rebuild, is there a quality or cost difference using Turcite or Marlon anti friction material on the slideways?

The latter. Brian is a very helpful guy and can get you machine in tip top shape for a very very good price.
You ship the saddle knee and table to him on a pallet and he does the rest.https://emvioeng.com
