BT45 spindle, CNC machines, are they a nonentity in this country (UK)?

I know they are more readily used in USA but are they used in UK?

If so, what makes/types of CNC machines use this size of spindle?

Reason I ask is , I have a few Brand new Big Daishowa spindle tools available, even a few unusual Speed increasers (I think), which look to be for "Grinding" on CNC milling machines.
