    this is the final design for the y axis drive,the motors will be tucked away under the table, it doesnt take alot of spring pressure to hold the pinion into the rack.i can now get full travel accross the whole table...

    iv managed to finish the reduction gearboxes and mount them today,have ordered the cable so i'll be wiring very soon!!

    iv got the cable drag chain carrier fabbed up,just the ends of the x axis linear rails to support and im finished the fabricating...

    ok the problems begin....there isnt enough pins on my bob to run my proma thc and another axis for the rotory or the air scribe...so a friend has a uc400 knoocking about that he hasnt got around to using yet...
