Hello all,
I went to look at a V5 spindle board on their website and it has been replaced by a welding company. Did I miss something, have they gone?
Thanks
Mike

It looks as though the business has changed to R-tech and the old domain just has a redirect to the new website. C'est la vie ! Try phoning them !

Roy Harding who was based up near Newcastle under Lyme started and ran this business for many years but about two years ago he sold out to someone down Gloucester way who carried the business on with the same name.
So seems like the holding company was R-Tech who have now stopped the sale of the boards.
I has quite a bit to do with DIYCNC when Roy ran it but TBH the products left a lot to be desired and we had many, many problems a lot of which Roy didn't seem interested in sorting so we moved away onto Chinese boards which believe it or not were far more reliable.John S -

This link seems to work http://diycnc.co.uk/wp-content/uploa...spindleV5x.pdf if you want the specs of the board, but it looks as though a Chinese BoB will do the same (and all the rest).
JohnS's potted history well explains the domain registration entry in Nominet.
